Specifically, Globe added 27 new sites in Visayas and 14 in Mindanao last year, as part of its broader initiative to improve digital connectivity in vital sectors such as health, education, finance, and entertainment.

By achieving 92.36% outdoor coverage in key cities of Visayas and Mindanao, and 97.90% in the National Capital Region, Globe facilitated over 5.8 million devices connecting to its 5G network in December alone.
