In a move to cater to the needs of a wider customer base, Globe Telecom introduced its new prepaid fiber internet service called GFiber Prepaid. With a focus on affordability and convenience, this offer is designed to make high-speed internet accessible to the mass market.
GFiber Prepaid stands out with its flexible options and pay-per-use promos, which allow users to enjoy unlimited internet without being tied to any lock-up period. In addition, Globe has partnered with GCash to provide a buy-now-pay-later feature, enabling users to manage their payments seamlessly.
To make the service more attractive, GFiber Prepaid has an introductory one-time fee of only P1,499, which includes installation and 7 days of unlimited internet usage. Prepaid load starts at P299, giving customers 7 days of uninterrupted connection.
Applying for GFiber Prepaid is easy through the GlobeOne app, which offers a user-friendly and streamlined experience. In addition, customers have the convenience of paying installation fees using popular digital payment platforms such as GCash, GGives, and GCredit.
Raymond Policarpio, Globe’s Vice President of Home Broadband Business, emphasized the versatility of GFiber Prepaid, saying, “Whether you need it for work, education, or starting an online business, GFiber Prepaid is here to accelerate your leap towards digital empowerment, all while fitting into your budget.”
Globe aims to make this service available throughout the country, ensuring that as many people as possible can benefit from it, under the service of specific areas.
In a similar effort, Converge ICT, another prominent internet service provider, recently launched its own prepaid fiber service. The purpose of their offering is to cater to consumers who find it difficult to pay monthly postpaid plans.
With the introduction of GFiber Prepaid, Globe Telecom has taken a significant step towards bridging the digital divide. By providing affordable and accessible high-speed internet connectivity to the mass market, they empower individuals and businesses to thrive in today’s digital landscape.
