ROYAL Knights Eagles Club president Eric Daabay was recently appointed as the Director for Mindanao of the Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership (PEIL) by Nelson Alonto Sarapudin, the National President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles.
Daabay received congratulations from the officers and members of the Royal Knights Eagles Club during their 7th General Membership Meeting (GMM) held at the Philtown Hotel on July 7, 2023.

Daabay, who previously served as the Deputy Secretary General for the organization, assumed his new role last July 5 at the Philtown Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
PEIL serves as the educational arm of the Philippine Eagles, focusing on providing orientation to new members and conducting various training programs to equip them for various leadership positions within the organization.
As Mindanao Director, Daabay has a major mandate to lead and manage PEIL’s operations and initiatives in the Mindanao region.
In his previous role as Deputy Secretary General, Daabay was responsible for key administrative functions, including membership management and the establishment of new clubs and regions, in the Philippines and around the world.
This experience has prepared him well for his new position, as he will continue to support the Secretary General in continuing to follow the protocols of the Eagles and ensure the successful implementation of the “Chartering rituals” within in the organization.
As the Director of Mindanao, Daabay’s responsibilities will also involve collaborating with other deputies throughout the country and around the world.
This collaborative effort aims to strengthen the overall leadership development and training programs provided by PEIL, ensuring that Mindanao members receive the necessary support and guidance to become effective leaders within the organization. and their respective communities.
