The Mayor of Cagayan de Oro, Rolando “Klarex” Hey, warmly invites all people from Cagayan de Oro, surrounding areas, and even those from far away to participate in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) On Tour in 2023 Higalaay Festival of Cag sa Bulawan.
“Mayor Uy invites everyone to be a part of this anticipated event and personally enjoy the exciting activities of the festival,” said the chief of staff of the City Mayor’s Office, Shiela Lumbatan.
The event according to Lumbatan will be held at the famous Cagayan de Oro International Convention Center, which is a great venue for the exciting PVL On Tour.

“Don’t miss the chance to watch great volleyball games in a unique place,” said Lumbatan.
The PVL on Tour will come to the city on August 19, 2023. Rachel Anne Daquis and Jovelyn Gonzaga and the Cignal HD Spikers will compete with the brothers Eya and EJ Laure and the Chery Tiggo Crossovers at the city’s convention center.
Lumbatan said that this great celebration of sports and culture will feature exciting volleyball games at the recently opened convention center.
He added that this is the first time the city is hosting the PVL On Tour.
Besides seeing top-level volleyball players, visitors can also expect a huge increase in tourism and economic growth, he said.
Lumbatan added that the convention center is a unique place that has become an important part of hosting many events, and the city is proud of this unique facility.
For the different flavors, ticket prices are as follows: P400 for Upper Box, P1000 for Patron, P1,500 for Lower Box, and P2,000 for VIP, which includes a special meet and greet session.
In addition, all ticket prices include transportation to and from the Cagayan de Oro International Convention Center. The pick-up point is at Rotonda Macasandig.
