DIGOS City ― A 49-year-old man died on the spot after the crowbar he tied to the back of the motorcycle he was driving hit the sidecar of the tricycle in Barangay Buri, Matanao town in Davao del Sur.
The deceased was identified as Jake Ambat Salinas, 42, the driver of the car.
The traffic investigator of the police said that at about 7:30 in the evening on July 6, Salinas was driving a black TMX motorcycle when he was tied to the rear crowbar and hit the body of the tricycle driven by Jesus Cuizon, in the other lane causing the motorcycle had an accident. turned and fell on the concrete road.

Salinas, who was not wearing a crash helmet, was also thrown and landed first on the pavement, resulting in his immediate death, according to the police report.
