Let’s wander around and wander through the colorful streets like Urban Canvas: Wandering the Streets the exhibit will begin! Get ready to tour the routes of urban art as 4th year MultiMedia Art students prepare artworks that reflect street art, graffiti, and contemporary art in general.
The exhibit will take place on July 12-14 at the Sotero H. Laurel Academic Center, LPU Manila where wanderers can visit from exactly 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
During this 3-day event, expect to see a variety of eye-pleasing artworks and unique guest performers. On the first day, catch Mary Anne Caharop, a Filipino visual artist, animator, and muralist as she shares her experiences as an artist. Look forward to day 2 as a Filipino muralist, Ingrid Valerie will show her artwork through live painting. These 2 consecutive days will also feature DJ Rikki Lou and give wanderers time to go through the entire exhibit. Then it will be followed by the 3rd day where Franky Ego, Deyl, End Street and other performers await!
This exhibition will not only show urban artworks as it also aims to present stories and the evolving style of urban art. So let’s hit the streets, and check out the Urban Canvas: Wandering the Streets exhibit!
