The “Pound and Proud” event showcases how GynePro celebrates Menstrual Health Month as it raises awareness and changes social norms surrounding menstruation to help women reach their full potential . The discussion touched on many important facts that women face about menstruation, such as bad odor, dysmenorrhea, and vaginal infections, and other issues, which are all valid and normal. This is paired with an invigorating rhythmic boxing session that highlights how GynePro helps women feel less overwhelmed to pursue their goals and passions—even on red days. The attendees were strong, empowered women who all shared the same mindset and goal of normalizing the conversations of the era.
