the UP Career Assistance Program (UP CAP) is the main career assistance organization in UP Diliman, and serves as a partner in the career development of every undergraduate student, with a focus on opportunities related to business and economics. UP CAP serves as a bridge between students and professional institutions, promoting high standards of student competence by providing holistic and meaningful development initiatives rooted in service and excellence.
In its 35th year, UP CAP moves to a hybrid setup as it hosts its annual flagship event—Career Fair 2023: Ascending to Greater Possibilities, a nationwide internship and employment fair where you can network with representatives of the company, provide their resume, and move on. jobs they are looking at.
This week-long recruitment event is the first of its kind as it consists of online and on-ground executions. On March 13 and 14, you can watch a series of online webinars hosted by prominent Human Resources managers and gain insight into what career programs and opportunities are offered by the various company for undergraduate students and recent graduates. Then, you will be given the opportunity to make connections with HR representatives face-to-face and take advantage of many government services by visiting our onsite company booths from March 15 to 17. In addition to that, enjoy the chance to win exciting prizes and giveaways.
