Pat Santos of Nolita and Joey and Marco Viray of Joe’s Brew have collaborated resulting in a new F&B concept located in the heart of the hip district of Poblacion.
Nolita cemented their name on the casual dining scene with authentic New York-style pizzas with a crust that has a unique combination of crunch and chewiness and flavors inspired by the city. don’t sleep! Joe’s Brew, on the other hand, boasts a true homegrown brand, starting from the garage of the Virays and finally finding its place in Poblacion. After the effects of the pandemic on the restaurant industry, the two found the opportunity to work together and provide handcrafted flavors with a unique concept that has never been found in the area.
Perfect for an afternoon snack to unwind after work, a starting point for a night in Poblacion, or even a nightcap post-dancing and bar hopping, guests can enjoy a hassle-free meal with their favorite Nolita pizza flavors. Choose from the melt-in-your-mouth Four Cheese, the delicious Chicken Parmesan, the rustic but robust Wild Mushroom, or the crowd favorite SPM – that’s sausage, pepperoni and mushroom – just to name a few, and heat it by the slice or as a whole in 12″, 16″ and even 21″ pies.
Every order is made complete when paired with Joe’s Brew’s signature craft beverages from lighter hops like Fish Rider Pale Ale and Sierra Madre Wheat Ale, to full-bodied brews like 34th Pursuit IPA and Sunsweeper IPA.
